    Dr. McClure has worked in the fine arts, hospitality and healthcare fields, as well as in higher education. He served as a full time faculty member at Saint Mary’s. Dr. McClure has also taught for the University of Minnesota and The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in the Business Psychology program. He spent 11 years with United Healthcare in employee assistance management and health coordination. Dr. McClure also worked in managed care for the Twin Cities Ford assembly plant. He has also worked closely with labor unions. Dr. McClure has owned a business and managed several others. Dr. McClure’s research interests include exploration of work experience, qualitative research methods, adult development, organizational learning and effectiveness and quality improvement. He is a member Academy of Human Resource Development
