Position Responsibilities
The Graduate School of Education (GSOE) Coordinator position has the primary responsibility to support the Center for Culturally Responsive Engagement (CCRE). The position also provides support to the GSOE, the Dean (and Assistant Dean), and the Director of Outreach.   
Job responsibilities include:
  • Provide administrative support including calendar requests and invites, filing, meeting notes, distribution of mail 
  • Assist with coordination of proposals, contracts, and financial documents
  • Maintain various databases and compile reports
  • Plan and assist with the coordination of meetings and events 
  • Additional duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to work with culturally diverse groups of people
  • Experience in technology systems including, Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, data base creation and maintenance, and a willingness to learn new types of technology
  • Highly refined organizational skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Collaborative team member comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask job responsibilities

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of coursework and professional experience required.
