Position Responsibilities

The Senior Student Services Specialist provides information about Saint Mary's University and its policies and procedures to prospective and current students. This position works to answer questions, decrease registration hesitation, and continue students moving toward graduation. The Senior Student Services Specialist will assist and advise students in the following areas: course registration, grading, tuition/billing, financial aid, registrar, admissions and other services. This position serves as a designated school official providing advising to international students and a certifying official providing advising and managing military and education benefits. Additionally, this position partners with other Senior Student Services Specialists to provide leadership to the Student Services team.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree required.  Higher education experience is preferred.
