The Teaching and Learning Environment
Advancing the university’s commitment to teaching, learning, and scholarship.
The Office of Academic Affairs serves as the central point for all faculty and curricular issues as well as student academic concerns. The Chief Academic Officer of the university oversees curriculum, academic policies and procedures, faculty, faculty development, assessment of student learning, and academic support services.
The Chief Academic Officer works with two Associate Vice Presidents and the Dean of Business and Technology, the Dean of Education, the Dean of Sciences and Health Professions, and the Dean of Arts and Humanities to advance to an environment that enriches opportunities for effective student learning and promotes a culture of scholarship, research, and performance among students and faculty.
