Position Responsibilities

The CRM Specialist for Undergraduate Enrollment Operations supports key elements of the admission and recruitment process for traditional undergraduate students at the Winona campus.  Primary responsibilities include use of the CRM to manage the implementation of communication plans designed to enhance the level of student interest from inquiry to confirmed student; create, edit and maintain reports to support the recruitment of students and assist the leadership team in accurately assessing progress towards desired recruitment objectives.  General responsibilities include report generation, implementing out-reach campaigns, coordinating all e-communication efforts, and managing all follow-up efforts.  The position reports to the Director of Undergraduate Admission and indirectly to the Assistant Director of Admission Operations.

  • Through the use of Target X CRM, implement and manage the communication plans to prospective students in all stages of the recruitment process from inquiry to confirmed student.
  • Creates, edits, maintains, and delivers regular reports to support the recruitment of students and assist the admission management team and admission counselors in accurately assessing progress towards attainment of desired recruitment objectives.
  • Support the coordinator of event-based and campus visit communications via the CRM platform.
  • Review and document data flow and processes for ongoing evaluation and adjustments.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum three years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in relational databases and CRM (Target X) software required.
