Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is seeking a Help Desk and A/V Technician to support our Twin Cities campus. This position provides computer and A/V support to faculty, staff, and students by telephone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be self-motivated with strong customer service skills. This position will work daytime hours Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and evening support. Job responsibilities include:
