The program coordinator provides administrative services to programs directors, faculty, and students of the EDD Program. Working closely with the program director, associate program director and Student Central staff, the program coordinator provides academic program assistance, administrative support, front-line customer service, and event coordination in support of a centralized student experience across all programs while recognizing the importance of individual students in the doctoral program.

• Provides administrative support to the EDD program that includes calendar scheduling, recording meeting minutes, document management, filing, submitting payment requests, and other administrative duties.
• Fields questions from students related to scheduling, registration, grade grievances or concerns with courses or instructors, working closely with program directors to resolve these issues in a timely manner.
• Serves as a resource for student questions related to careers or industries associated with given programs. 
• Assists with program level communications, especially external partners and alumni relations.
• Manages the program’s internal web page and coordinates the materials for external marketing.
• Assists with course schedule development.
• Communicates with program director and faculty to fill schedule for assigned courses.
• Coordinates documentation and communication of program policies, procedures, and outcomes.
• Coordinates, arranges and provides support for new student orientations, summer residencies and events such as the Doctoral Research Symposium.
• Assists faculty with course setup on Canvas.
• Tracks and archives course syllabi.
• Provides technical assistance to students and faculty with Portfolium, Qualtrics and other program-specific applications and related reports.
• Participates in meetings and events as required, including graduation ceremonies.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; commensurate professional experience may be substituted.
• Experience in office, administrative, or customer service positions preferred, but not required.
