Position Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator provides academic program assistance, support, and coordination for program directors, administration, faculty, and students in the Graduate School of Health and Human Services.  The programs in the School prepare students to serve others through careers in mental healthcare, healthcare administration, nursing, social work, and public health.  This position is critical in helping us meet our mission.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, personable individual with strong communication skills to join our team. 
 
This position supports academic programs, including the Master of Social Work (MSW) program, and projects by working closely with Program Directors.  Key elements of the position include assisting with day-to-day program tasks, co-developing course schedules, preparing admissions files, preparing for new student orientation, responding to inquiries from students about program requirements, organizing and maintaining documentation for specialty accreditation, preparing and disseminating materials related to practicum, clinical, and field placements, and meeting and event planning.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; commensurate professional experience may be substituted. 
  • Experience in office, administrative, or customer service positions preferred.
