|Residence Hall Director|

The Residence Hall Director is a full-time, live-in position responsible for the management of multiple residence halls housing approximately 150 to 250 students. This 12-month professional staff member fosters an authentic human community focused on the holistic well-being of the residential student to provide an inviting and engaging student experience. Specific duties include assessing students’ needs, advising and supervising undergraduate student staff, conduct investigations, counseling, hall/facilities management, and other administrative duties.
