The Systems Support Specialist provides computer and multimedia help desk support on our Minneapolis campus to faculty, staff, and students by telephone, email, and in person. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be self-motivated with strong customer service skills. This position will work Monday through Friday during the day with occasional weekend and evening support. Job responsibilities include:

|Education and Experience||
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of IT experience or an Associate’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field, Certifications (A+, Microsoft, etc.), Windows / Mac operating systems experience, Microsoft office suite.
