Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team on the Winona campus. The specialist is responsible for the recruiting process workflow from position request through onboarding of new employees. This position serves as the main point of contact for the university’s talent acquisition platform for hiring managers, search committees, and applicants. This role will generate employment contracts for new employees upon hire and existing employees annually. Job responsibilities include:
