The Information Technology Office supports technology needs university-wide, including tutorials and training, troubleshooting, and general technology information.
The HelpDesk at Saint Mary's
The HelpDesk provides quality customer service to the active and collaborative members of the Saint Mary’s community. This includes support for:
- Student Portal
- Employee Portal
- EMail (GoogleApps)
- Tegrity (video capture system for course lectures)
On the Winona Campus, additional responsibilities include telephone, cable television, classroom and computer lab technology, the campus wired and wireless data networks, residence hall computing, and the campus internet connection.
Hendrickson Hall, Lower Level
Fall and Spring Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:15 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Friday 7:15 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Summer Hours: Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
