Expertise: Juvenile corrections, criminal justice, delinquency
Dr. Klosky uses her past experiences in juvenile corrections as well as her current research interests in both juvenile and adult corrections to give students exposure to a variety of viewpoints on the criminal justice system. She teaches primarily in the criminal justice program but also teaches some sociology courses such as the Crime and Delinquency and Children and the State courses. She has published journal articles in international criminal justice journals as well as book chapters on juvenile justice. Her areas of specialization are in juvenile justice and criminological theory.
