Information for your Faculty/Staff Profile

The information below will be used on your Faculty/Staff profile page on the Saint Mary's University website. Your contact information and job title will be imported from the university database. If you do not have an official photograph on file with Marketing and Communication you are asked to set up an appointment with us to have your photograph taken.

Please note: no changes submitted with this form will go live on the website until they are reviewed. This will safeguard your record form unintentional or erroneous submissions.

If this is not your record, please press your back browser button and search again for your record.

This can be information to help prospective students, current students, and others know a little bit more about you as an individual apart from your role with the university, such as hobbies, activities, causes you support, or volunteer efforts. This is not required but important as Saint Mary's is a community known for its person-centered, relationship-driven approach to education.

Include dates of membership.

Please include Institution and Degree conferred. Thesis or Dissertation topic/title may also be included.
Please note that this does not update your academic credential in the university database. You will need to notify HR of any changes in your education that change your credentials.

These can be websites, social media sites, videos (including Tegrity — contact the IT Helpdesk for assistance on public versions of Tegrity videos) or other online portfolios.

One way the university tries to increase its visibility and reputation is through ongoing public relations' efforts. The Marketing and Communication Office regularly receives queries from news media and also works to proactively place faculty and staff members (in various subject matter areas) as sources in mainstream and specialty media outlets ranging from television and radio stations to newspapers and magazines, to online blogs and more. Please let us know your willingness (below) and we will work with you on coaching, best practices, and placements, and we will track placements and share positive results with you and others.

Are you interested in being a media participant?

Please list the areas for which you feel you would be comfortable as a source or subject matter expert for p.r. purposes. Examples: infectious disease, immigration, presidential elections, standardized testing in K-12, etc.:
