Dr. Cisewski has extensive teaching experience in traditional, blended and online formats at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels at Saint Mary's University and Capella University. She also served in various leadership roles in academic affairs, institutional research and student services/registrar. Dr. Cisewski is the owner/consultant of small business consulting firm. She Co-Presented and Co-wrote with P. Johnson (2016). "Secure is the New Happy: What Christian Brothers can Teach us about Gen Z college students." University of New Mexico Mentoring Institute 9th Annual Conference in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Cisewski’s research interests include team building, cross-cultural exchanges, mentoring, leadership and entrepreneurship.
