Dr. Roxanne Eubank currently serves the university in two positions. She is a faculty member in the EDD in Leadership program and the Director of the Institute for Lasallian Studies.  As an EDD faculty member, she has advised over 40 dissertations and taught numerous courses in the program.  She serves on several SGPP and university wide committees. In her role as the Director of the Institute for Lasallian Studies, she works to increase the academic understanding of the mission and charism of the Lasallian family. To that end, she created two master’s programs and several doctoral level courses focused on the Lasallian charism. She serves on a variety of district and regional committees. In addition, she directs two international programs: the International Association of Universities Leadership Program held in Rome, Italy and the International Symposium on Lasallian Research at Saint Mary’s University each year. She has presented at local, regional and international educational programs. Her research focuses are: adult student engagement, higher education assessment and the impact of women on the development of the Lasallian charism.
