Prior to joining the faculty in the Psy.D. program, I was employed for more than ten years as Assistant Director of University of Minnesota Student Counseling Services. In addition to college counseling, I have worked as a counseling psychologist in community mental health and corporate settings. I have taught for many years as adjunct faculty in the Master's degree program in Counseling and Psychological Services at Saint Mary's, as well as in the Counseling and Student Personnel Psychology program at the University of Minnesota.

I am a mosaic artist and a singer. I sing (baritone) with the Minnesota Valley Men's Chorale.
