Gloria Drake, M.S.

Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia - Adjunct Instructor

I'm a faculty member at St. Mary’s University with 30 years of health care experience. Strategic leadership and planning as well as performance improvement have been my areas of focus. 

I've been in hospital administration for the past 30 years, primarily working in surgical and rehab areas of the health care system. I'm on the board of YMCA, volunteer at many Rotary events, and love to race sail boats.

    I am a registered nurse, nurse anesthetist (clinically active), and an advanced nursing executive. I am certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).

    I have some experience in financial planning and hold a Series 7 license.

    I am also an apiarist.
