Jerome "Jerry" has served as adjunct instructor for 17 years at the University of Minnesota ISP Executive Level Graduate Program in Health Care Administration, and at Saint Mary's University in the Health and Human Services Graduate Program and Master's in Business Administration Program. Jerry also served as network dean for Healthcare Management at Globe University (emeritus), designing and teaching online courses in healthcare management. He was also an adjunct instructor and subject matter expert for Excelsior College designing graduate level courses.

Born and raised in Minnesota with four sisters and three brothers (one of which is his twin brother), Jerry is married and has two sons. His eldest son is a graduate of Harvard Law School and is currently partner-in-charge of the California region law firm offices. His youngest son has served as a CIA officer throughout the world and is currently a manager for global security with a major social media company based in Menlo Park, Calif.

  • Education

    Jerry received his undergraduate degree in education from Dakota State University and his master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota.

  • Experience

    He taught at the high school and college levels and has held positions of chief executive officer at behavioral health facilities in Minnesota and Washington state. Jerry served as state director/commissioner of health and behavioral health in Georgia, West Virginia, and Minnesota, managing more than 7,000 employees and budgets of more than $700 million.
