Mark Flaten, M.S.
Marriage and Family Therapy - Adjunct Program Instructor

Mark Flaten received his Master of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary in 1985, has twelve years of previous experience as a youth and family pastor in the twin cities, then received a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and has spent the past twelve years in private practice in the Twin Cities. In 2008, Mark was appointed by the governor to the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. Mark has also been an adjunct faculty member at Argosy University, and has participated in teaching courses in Ethics, Sexuality, Practicum Group Supervision, and Working with Separating/Divorcing Couples. He is married, with three adult children, and loves spending vacation time in the Colorado mountains winter and summer.
