We have compiled a list of important health and wellness resources for the Saint Mary's community on our Wellness Center website that will be updated as new information is available.
The Recreation, Involvement, and Student Engagment (R.I.S.E.) office is providing an At-Home Workout Resource Guide with daily fitness routines and fitness resources for the Saint Mary's community on their website.
Our Campus Ministry office has compiled information for students and their families on their website with resources for maintaining your spiritual practice and building community.
- Healing Rhythms Music Therapy is offering free, live music-assisted relaxation sessions throughout the week on its Facebook page.
- Live Shows Under Quarantine: The Post Bulletin has compiled a list of local musicians performing live shows online.
- Neon Green Virtual Craft Hour: Each day, Neon Green art studio will post a themed craft idea and host Facebook live sessions.
