These undergraduate students share a glimpse into life during a pandemic — how they stay organized, stay on top of their classes and jobs, stay active, and stay connected — all while being away from campus.
Episode 1: Sarah Hardy
Saint Mary’s student Sarah Hardy, a junior psychology major from Hastings, Minn., shows us a day in the life of distance learning at home. Although she misses the interaction with professors and friends in the traditional classroom setting on campus, she is utilizing technology to stay connected and on top of her coursework.

Josie Borchert '22, an English major at Saint Mary's University, vlogs about tips and tricks for online learning. For Borchert, it's all about keeping to a schedule and staying on task. Beyond classes and homework, she's also helping out at her family's store as an essential worker during this pandemic.

Schultz reminds us all that good mental health starts with getting outside!

Junior Elliott Rysavy breezes through his online learning — from art to honors, he's found a way to connect and excel in his studies. In his downtime, taking a walk is a great way to unwind.
Episode 5: Sydney Klausler
Sydney Klausler, a sophomore elementary education major and a track and field athlete, takes us through a typical school day. She breaks up her schoolwork with meals and workouts. For her, it's all about being productive, keeping busy, and staying positive.
Episode 6: Jordan Modjeski
Jordan Modjeski, a sophomore sport management and marketing major, sticks to a routine that starts with a good breakfast. Though she misses hanging out in the ice arena and the Business Department, she finds a way to stay connected with her classmates and professors, both for schoolwork and for fun.
