- This money is used to assist students with expenses related to academics, this includes conferences, seminars, etc.

- Around four or five large ones. This typically takes up all of the funds.

- Last year they were around $600-$700 ,depending on where they were going and how many people were going

- About $2,600 per semester

- Riley Hall, would this be similar to special request funds?
- Yes, it would go toward speakers, events, conferences that involve diversity and inclusion. It is available for the entire campus at large. This showcases Student Senate’s support for the movement on campus. It would go through a similar process as special requests, except it would be vetted first by the VP for financial affairs and the VP for multicultural affairs before going to the finance committee for review.
