    Rustin has been a Core Professor in the Doctor of Leadership program at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota since 2002. For three years, Rustin authored a weekly parenting advice column, The Naughty Column. He is a certified facilitator in Creative Problem Solving, and he has consulted for companies such as 3M, General Mills, and the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Rustin received his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Chicago, where he worked under Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, author of "Flow" and "Creativity."
