Leading excellence in teaching, learning and scholarship.
Academic Affairs at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota advances excellence in teaching, learning and scholarship. Our academic leadership provides strategic oversight for the university's academic enterprise, including academic planning and budgeting, faculty recruitment and development, program evaluation, assessment of student learning, academic policies and standards, and university accreditation and compliance.
Academic Leadership
Academic Affairs is led by two vice presidents: the Vice President for Academic Affairs – Winona, who oversees the traditional undergraduate College, and the Vice President for Academic Affairs – Minneapolis, Rochester, and Online, who oversees the Schools of Graduate and Professional Programs.
The College, based on the Winona Campus, offers the traditional residential undergraduate experience, Bachelor of Arts programs, and the Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
The Schools of Graduate and Professional Programs, based on the Minneapolis Campus, offer online bachelor degree programs and graduate programs, delivered primarily online or on the Minneapolis campuses.
