- Official TranscriptsTranscripts from countries other than the United States must be evaluated on a course-by-course basis by SpanTran, World Education Services, One Earth, Educational Perspectives, Education Credential Evaluators and be deemed equivalent to accredited U.S. university standards. Students are responsible for having their transcripts evaluated, as well as for the associated costs.
- English Proficiency Test Score ReportsProvide official TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, MELAB, PTE Academic, ITEP, EIKEN, or Duolingo score reports. The TOEFL and SAT require the Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota school code of 6632. The IELTS does not require a code. Learn more at here.

Additionally, students that have completed 30 undergraduate or 12 graduate credits from an accredited U.S. institution or the equivalent of these credits from an institution in a waiver country listed below will be exempt from English Language Proficiency test.

When you are admitted
You will need to provide the following:

Copy of your passport identification page
Original bank statement, investment letter, or government support document showing proof that your financial sponsor has sufficient funds to cover your costs at Saint Mary’s for at least one academic year.
