Constellations of Catholic Education

October 28 @ 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
$25
Navy background with white text saying "Constellations of Catholic Education" and "One-day conference for Catholic Educators"

Oct. 28, 2026 marks one year since Pope Leo XIV’s apostolic letter “Drawing New Maps of Hope” and 61 years since Gravissimum educationis, Vatican II’s declaration on Catholic education. This one day conference is intended for Catholic educators in parishes, PreK-12 schools, universities, digital ministries, and service-learning programs. Hosted by the Graduate School of Education at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and co-sponsored by the Christian Brothers Conference, this conference will consider the grand vision of Catholic education in today’s context and explore diverse approaches to fulfilling the church’s educational mission. This gathering is intended to bring various perspectives to bear on the opportunities and challenges facing Catholic education leading to critical action. Join us for a celebration of Catholic educational constellations as we chart new paths in ‘a living tradition that extends towards new forms of presence and service.’
