Committed to an Accessible and Affordable Education
Advancing your education can be a major investment, but it is one that pays lifelong dividends in career improvement and life satisfaction. At Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, we are committed to making that investment as accessible and affordable as possible for everyone.
Degree-seeking students who are enrolled at least half time may be eligible for financial aid. Loans and grants, in addition to some scholarship opportunities, are possible components of a financial aid package.
Students wishing to use financial aid must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible.
If you are an active-duty service member, reservist, veteran, or a family member of someone who has served, we encourage you to reach out to our Office of Military and Veterans Services for financial aid options unique to your situation.
Alternative Loan Options
Students whose financial aid award package does not cover the university’s determined cost of education should contact the Saint Mary's Financial Aid Office to receive information on alternative loan options.
