He discussed how tuition assistance programs like Saint Mary’s Cardinal Promise and the new Cardinal Pledge — a loan repayment assistance program — are contributing to this growth.

“At the Winona Campus, there are 874 students this fall semester, up 16 from last fall’s enrollment of 858 students. ‘So we’re encouraged to see things going that direction, to see growth occurring on the campus,’ Vice President for Enrollment Management Michael McMahon said.”
