Winona Post recently published an article highlighting Saint Mary’s new Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) — The Cardinal Pledge — which will be available to all incoming first-year and transfer students enrolling in person at the Winona campus starting in the 2026-27 academic year. The Cardinal Pledge can help participating graduates repay their federal student, parent PLUS, and private alternative loans if their income after graduation is below $60,000 annually.
