Lead a school district with vision, purpose, and integrity. Our Superintendent Graduate Certificate program is designed for those with a master’s degree and a current K-12 administrative license who are seeking a K-12 Superintendent license in Minnesota.

This fully online, synchronous program focuses on school administrative leadership and developing effective management skills. Minnesota State competencies for superintendents are embedded in courses throughout this program. By combining organizational leadership theories with practical skills needed by school administrators, you’ll be prepared to become a strong, valuable leader in the school district you serve.
